Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY).
- Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills in speech and language disorders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location:
- Ketchikan, AK
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate students overall communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school.
