Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' communication needs.
- Utilize and integrate augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field.
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Experience in a school setting, particularly with preschool-aged children, is preferred.
- Familiarity with AAC devices and their application in therapy.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
