Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled professional specializing in speech-language pathology within an educational setting. This position is contract-based, catering to a diverse K-12 student population, and is set to commence on August 18, 2025, lasting through May 2026.

La Vista, NE
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' speech and language needs using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement tailored educational plans for a caseload of approximately 25 students, ranging from Pre-K to 21 years.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy in individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP (Individualized Education Plan) development.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
