An exciting opportunity awaits for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This contract position is based in Lacey, WA, and runs from September 2, 2025, to June 12, 2026, offering the chance to work with Pre-K through 12th-grade students.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Previous experience in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and their treatments
- Team-oriented approach to collaborating with educators and parents
Location:
Lacey, WA, with coverage across Pacific, Mason, Thurston, and Grays Harbor Counties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate student learning and communication
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of student services and progress
- Provide support for students with IEPs during meetings and reviews
