Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a varied and large caseload effectively.
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation processes.
Location:
- Lake Havasu City, Arizona (On-site at a K-12 School).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual assessments.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive student support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
