Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders
- Valid state certification and credentials
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with middle school students
- CCC or CFY in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to create supportive learning environments
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
