This position offers the opportunity to work within a preschool early intervention program, focusing on fostering the development of children in various environments, including preschools, daycares, and special education classrooms.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in SLP
• Valid state licensure as a SLP
• Experience working with children, particularly in early intervention
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Open to recent graduates, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Location:

• Lancaster, PA

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote effective communication strategies
• Deliver direct therapy services in a variety of settings, including inclusive classrooms
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
