Qualifications:
- Masters degree in SLP
- Valid state licensure as a SLP
- Experience working with children, particularly in early intervention
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Open to recent graduates, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Location:
- Lancaster, PA
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote effective communication strategies
- Deliver direct therapy services in a variety of settings, including inclusive classrooms
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
