Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working collaboratively with educators, parents, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as required
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students' overall development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment
