Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working with preschool through 12th-grade students
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and engage in continuous professional development
• Manage a caseload of 45-50 students, addressing their variable needs
