Qualifications:

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working with K-12 students
• Bilingual in Spanish, strongly preferred
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
• Knowledge of IEPs and other relevant documentation processes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Lawrence, MA

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Deliver direct services to students and monitor their progress
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to students' needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
• Engage with families to promote understanding and support of their child's development
