Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Bilingual in Spanish, strongly preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
- Knowledge of IEPs and other relevant documentation processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Lawrence, MA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Deliver direct services to students and monitor their progress
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to students' needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
- Engage with families to promote understanding and support of their child's development
