Job Description
An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide essential speech and language services in a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This contract role extends from August 27, 2025, to June 16, 2026, and is located in Leavenworth, WA.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
- Previous experience in school settings preferred.
- Active SLP license in Washington State and ESA certificate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and documents for IEP meetings.
- Provide consultation and support to teaching staff regarding students communication needs.
