Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Familiarity with IEPs and related documentation processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with education staff and parents
- Clinical Fellowship supervision experience (a plus)
Location: Lebanon, Oregon
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to overall student development
- Offer guidance and support to clinical fellows as needed
