Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff
Location:
- Lemoore, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation required for IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students overall development
- Provide guidance to parents regarding their child's progress and needs
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, maximizing student engagement

This position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, and will commence in the next school year. The caseload will consist of approximately 55 elementary students, allowing for meaningful impact in their lives.
