An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a contract position in an engaging elementary school environment. This role is set to commence on August 13 and extends through the school year, allowing for meaningful contributions to the communication needs of students.
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Department of Education license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellow Year) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other health professionals
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student services and outcomes
