Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC).
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and treatment methodologies.
Location:
- Los Alamos, NM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required.
- Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions.
