Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in speech therapy
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
- Conduct evaluations and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide consultation and guidance to staff regarding speech and language development
