Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of current speech and language assessment tools and intervention strategies

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
