Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with school settings and IEP processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other healthcare professionals
- Clinical fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' goals
- Provide direct services in individual and group settings
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Maintain professional documentation and comply with state regulations
