Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY).
- Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills in speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech services.
- Provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders in a group and one-on-one settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
