- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with high school students
- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and effective intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to working onsite and engaging with students directly

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored IEP goals and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and progress made
- Deliver instruction and support in both one-on-one and group settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
