Job Description
Seeking a dedicated professional to provide critical services in an elementary school setting, focusing on students from preschool to 1st grade. This full-time position covers a maternity leave from August to November, supporting a varied caseload of 45 to 55 students.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with young children
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of IEPs and special education processes
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to assigned students
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
