Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with children, particularly in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and intervention strategies.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educational staff and families.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students requiring support.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
