An opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a K-12 educational setting located in New Castle, DE. This role is crucial in providing communication support and interventions for children ranging from elementary to middle school levels. Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
- Active or pending Delaware licensure
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus but not required
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans for students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication strategies.
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress through data collection and analysis.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Ensure compliance with all state and school district regulations regarding speech and language services.
