Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut state speech-language pathology license
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience with school-age populations, particularly K-8
- CFY supervision experience is a plus
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) preferred
- Knowledge and experience in feeding and swallowing techniques

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, ensuring tailored instruction
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and necessary interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
