Key Qualifications:
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY
- Experience in school settings, particularly with high school students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in collaborative work with educators and healthcare professionals
Location:
Newtown, CT
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored IEPs based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students communication goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions within the scheduled hours
