Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Teaching certification for school-based practice
- Experience in school settings preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Location:

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student needs
- Develop and maintain IEPs, ensuring they reflect each students goals and progress
- Implement appropriate therapy techniques tailored to individual students
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
