Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Hold a valid SLP license in Washington State.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with PreK-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Location:
- Olympia, WA, with coverage across Pacific, Mason, Thurston, and Grays Harbor Counties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions in alignment with students needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
