This position is located in Oregon City, OR, and is designed for those holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. The role is focused on supporting students with diverse needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate speech and language services throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Provide direct speech and language therapy in one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student care
