Located in Osseo, MN, this full-time position for a skilled professional in a K-12 school setting is focused on serving elementary students (K-5th) for the 2025-2026 school year. The role involves providing essential support and services to a diverse caseload, ensuring that each student's needs are met through both direct and indirect practices.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged students.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP team meetings and discussions.
- Develop and maintain student progress reports.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create tailored interventions.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students.
