Location: Othello, WA
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students communication needs and ensure effective intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language services.
- Supervise and support Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking hands-on experience and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders.
- Valid Washington state SLP license.
- Previous experience working in school settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
