Qualifications:
- Masters degree in SLP.
- Valid state licensure and certification as a SLP.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement therapy accordingly.
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and effective treatment strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.
- Monitor and document student progress through regular assessments.
- Conduct IEP meetings and provide necessary documentation for continued services.
