Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Pasco County, FL
Pay: Competitive rate of $45-55 per hour
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients speech and language goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, including individuals, groups, and families.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support client progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation related to client progress and therapy outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience in clinical settings, particularly with pediatric populations, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
