An opportunity exists for a skilled professionals to provide critical support in a dynamic middle school environment. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional ready to contribute to the educational and communicative development of students from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Experience working with middle school or high school students.
• Ability to supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as per state regulations.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to an SLPA.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes.
