Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist License
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) or CFY (Clinical Fellow Year) accepted
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with early childhood and elementary students
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in documenting student progress and outcomes
Location:
- Racine, WI (Elementary School Setting)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
