Job Description
Seeking a dedicated and flexible professional to provide speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting for the full academic year. The role focuses on supporting students with mild to severe communication needs, ensuring that each individual receives appropriate interventions and support.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Experience working in K-12 settings
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the school
Location:
- Richmond, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide diagnosis for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to support student goals
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload not exceeding 55 students
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
