Qualifications:
- Active CCC-SLP licensure in Illinois
- PEL Certification
- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
- Engage with families to support students communication goals
