Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Experience working in K-12 schools preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Proficient in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders.
- Commitment to professional development and best practices in therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual students.
- Provide direct therapy services in alignment with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication skills.
- Monitor and document student progress through regular evaluations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student outcomes and strategies.
