An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to support students in a dynamic educational environment in Saint Paul, MN. This part-time position involves working with a diverse high school caseload, focusing on 7th to 12th grade students, including those with transition needs.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (ASHA CCC)
- Valid Minnesota PELSB licensure
- Active Minnesota state license
- DHS licensure preferred for Medicaid billing, though not mandatory
- Experience working in pediatric or school settings, particularly with high school students
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring speech and language support
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Support transition-aged students in developing communication skills for post-school success
- Deliver services directly to students in a school setting
