Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs, ensuring effective intervention.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Hold a valid California state licensure or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY) ready to complete required hours.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
