This contract position focuses on providing essential speech-language pathology services to students, emphasizing bilingual support in Spanish. Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Familiarity with collaborative practices and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
San Diego, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students aged 55-60
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress achieved
