Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a school setting, particularly with TK-8th grade populations.

- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related processes.
Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a comprehensive approach to student learning.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, adhering to a caseload cap of 55 students.
