Qualifications:
- Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Masters degree in SLP or related field
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and treatment strategies
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Monitor and document student performance and outcomes
- Conduct regular evaluations and adjust therapy as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate student records
