Engage in a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Sarasota, FL. This contract position is set to begin with interviews for the 2025-2026 school year, anticipating 6-10 openings primarily in Central and West County, conveniently located near the beach.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Location:
- Sarasota, FL
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development.
