An opportunity is available for a skilled professional to support students in a dynamic K-12 environment. This contract position offers the chance to work 40 hours per week across two schools, focusing on K-5 students. The role is set in Sartell, MN, with a commitment to fostering the communication skills of all students.
Qualifications:
- Active CCC-SLP certification
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Familiarity with school settings, particularly K-12
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and parents
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location: Sartell, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student performance and needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
