- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders
- Valid state certification and credentials
- Experience in school settings, particularly with elementary students
- Familiarity with IEPs and collaborative team approaches

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring speech and language support
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student development
