Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Experience in collaborative team settings
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement appropriate IEPs tailored to student needs
- Conduct ongoing progress evaluations and adjust therapy as required
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote effective interventions
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
