An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students. This position is designed for a professional who is passionate about fostering communication skills in young learners and is prepared to engage with students from kindergarten through fifth grade.
Location:
Sonora, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by state regulations.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders.
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
