Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure
- Experience in a school environment preferred, though not required
- Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is an asset
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Location:
- South Burlington, Vermont
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students needing speech and language support
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
