An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This contract position is based in South Yarmouth, MA, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication skills and overall educational outcomes of your students.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
- Strong assessment and therapy planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct support to students requiring speech and language intervention.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to facilitate students' communication skills.
- Monitor and document student progress through regular evaluations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
