Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders
- Willingness to travel between schools as needed
Location:
Spotsylvania, Virginia
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment as required
- Provide direct therapy and support to students with speech and language challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
